Record the event
Write down the actual date, the type of care, and a note that helps you remember the context. The record preserves what you did; it does not generate a diagnosis or a prescription for cultivation.
FEATURE OF THE PLATFORM
Record care of each bonsai with dates and observations on the card. View the history by copy and export the records to JSON to save a copy.
When cards and notes get scattered, referring to an old care depends on remembering where you wrote. Bancada Bonsai associates the records with the plan so that the context follows the collection.
Write down the actual date, the type of care, and a note that helps you remember the context. The record preserves what you did; it does not generate a diagnosis or a prescription for cultivation.
Open the specimen tab and review the previous records. Identifying each plant by the same name reduces the chance of mixing the history of similar trees.
The records of each catalog can be exported in JSON. The export contains references to the photos, but not the image files; keep copies of the photos separately.
Select the Ficus from the balcony, choose “repotting” and use the date when the work happened. In the notes, write down the context you want to remember, such as the substrate used or a reference consulted. If there is a photo, keep it in the gallery of the same card. Months later, name, date, and image appear together; you don’t have to deduce the date from the photograph or look in a separate notebook.
The Free plan includes a catalog, up to 3 plants and features to record care, photos and history. It does not expire.
