Your records, under your care

We store your account data, your catalogues, care records and photos to offer the service. Your catalogs are private and are not published or shared with other users.

Account and access

Authentication is performed by Clerk. Your data and photos are processed by the storage services used by the platform. The administration queries account information and aggregate usage, without an interface to navigate the content of the catalogs.

Connected assistants

If you connect your Bancada Bonsai account to ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client, the assistant can access your collection data and, if you grant the additional permissions, the account, subscription and administration data that your account can already access. The assistant provider receives the data needed to respond and processes it under its own terms and privacy controls; Bancada Bonsai does not receive or store the conversation or audio. The assistant can prepare authorized actions, but you must review and confirm each change in the conversation card or on the authenticated Bancada Bonsai page. Photos and backups selected in the card are uploaded to validate and prepare the preview; the final upload requires confirmation. The confirmation proof is delivered to the card, not to the model. Pending previews expire after 30 minutes and are removed by the cleanup routine; confirmed results are kept for up to 30 days so the conversation can retrieve the confirmation. You can revoke access in My account → AI connectors.

Plans and payments

The Free plan has no charges. When you subscribe to Pro, we ask for your name and CPF or CNPJ to register you as a customer and issue charges through Asaas. Asaas processes payments, issues invoices and may store the information needed for billing. Card details are entered directly in the checkout hosted by Asaas; the platform does not receive or store your card number or security code. We retain customer, subscription and charge identifiers, along with payment status and subscription validity.

With card payments, the subscription renews automatically at the selected interval. With Pix, a charge is generated each period and must be paid by the customer. You can cancel in My subscription; cancellation stops future charges and keeps Pro access until the end of the paid period. Full refunds and payment disputes may change access without removing your data.

Usage analysis and recordings

We use PostHog Cloud hosted in the United States to measure navigation, registration, resource usage and checkout steps. Individual collection begins only if you accept; silence and browsing do not count as accepted. You can choose usage analysis and recordings separately and change the preference at any time. We do not recover activities prior to the choice.

Recordings are limited to 10% of the sessions you authorized. Fields, texts and images are masked; login, registration, account, administration, checkout and OAuth are not recorded. Events do not include plant names, notes, email, documents, signed URLs, or form content. The internal key of the account links consented events between the browser and the server.

Daily financial totals of confirmed payments, chargebacks, disputes and current subscriptions can be sent in aggregate format, without identifying customers, even when individual analysis is disabled. The operating bank and webhooks of Asaas continue to be the financial reference. If you delete the account, we request the removal of the events and recordings associated with the individual identity on PostHog.

Export and delete

You can export records as JSON from each catalog. The backup contains references to photos, but not the image files. Items moved to the trash can be recovered for up to 30 days. On the My account page, you can request permanent deletion of your account and data. Access ends immediately, future charges are canceled, and data is retained for 30 days before the cleanup process removes it.
